Tasks can include (but are not limited to):Kitchen cleaning — benchtops, sinks, stovetops and cupboard exteriors
Bathroom cleaning — toilets, showers, baths, sinks and mirrors
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Dusting and wiping surfaces
General tidying and organising
Laundry folding and putting away
Changing bed linen
Emptying household bins
Fridge/pantry clean outs
Available for regular cleans or a one-off clean.
$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum -
Dog Walking | Pet Sitting
Whether you're working long hours, heading away or simply need an extra hand, I'm here to make sure your furry friends are happy, comfortable and cared for.
Tasks can include:
Neighbourhood walks and exercise
Playtime, attention and companionship
Feeding and refreshing water bowls
At-home pet visits while you're away
Cleaning litter trays and pet waste
Basic cleaning of feeding and sleeping areas
Checking on pets and their wellbeing
Photo updates for peace of mind
Pet sitting is available as home visits only. Overnight stays currently not offered.
$25 per 30 mins/check-ins/walks -
Furniture Assembly
Save yourself the frustration of flat packs and complicated instructions!
Tasks include:
Flat-pack furniture assembly
Bed frames and bedside tables
Desks, chairs and tables
Bookshelves and storage units
Drawers and cabinets
Outdoor furniture assembly
Disassembly of furniture for moving or storage
Small furniture adjustments, such as tightening loose fittings
Wall mounting, electrical work and structural repairs are not offered.
$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum

Helping you keep your outdoor spaces neat, tidy and enjoyable without the hassle.
Tasks include:
Hand weeding garden beds and pathways
Sweeping patios, verandahs and outdoor areas
Raking and collecting leaves
Watering plants and garden beds
Removing small garden debris
Tidying pots and outdoor furniture
Light pruning of small plants and shrubs
General outdoor tidying
Please note: Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, heavy landscaping and major tree pruning are not offered.
$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum -

Hi, I'm Sarah!
I'm a local mum to beautiful twins, and someone who genuinely enjoys keeping busy, learning new things and lending a helping hand.
I've always been a bit of an allrounder! Whether it's putting together flat-pack furniture, tackling a cleaning project, getting creative with design or figuring out how to do something new, I love the satisfaction of getting things done.
I decided to start One Less Thing because I know firsthand how quickly life's to-do list can become overwhelming. Sometimes having an extra pair of hands can make all the difference.
I'm friendly, practical, hardworking and always happy to give something new a go.
My hope is simple: to make someone's day a little easier, give them back some valuable time and take one less thing off their plate.
