A Little About Me 🤍

Hi, I'm Sarah!

Being a mum to my two little gremlins is by far my favourite chapter yet! Our little family might look different from what I once imagined, but I've come to believe it's exactly how the universe intended. We're writing our own story, finding our feet and building a beautiful life together, just the three of us. 🤍

I've always been a bit of an allrounder! Whether it's putting together flat-pack furniture, tackling a cleaning project, getting creative with design or figuring out how to do something new, I love the satisfaction of getting things done. 🔨

My professional background is a bit of a mixed bag too!

I've worked in reception and administration, spent time in the mining industry working in maintenance and the workshop tool store and operated various heavy machinery (loader, forklift, dump trucks, rollers, EWP) and finished my mining career in blasting. 💣

During my pregnancy, when mining was no longer an option, I ventured into the world of hair extensions, explored all things hair, created several websites from scratch and started providing cleaning services! 🪮🧽

It's certainly not the most conventional career path, but along the way I've picked up a wide range of practical skills, learned to adapt to different environments and discovered that I genuinely enjoy getting stuck into something new.

I decided to start One Less Ting because I know firsthand how quickly life's to-do list can become overwhelming. Sometimes having an extra pair of hands can make all the difference.

I'm friendly, practical, hardworking and always happy to give something new a go.

My hope is simple: to make someone's day a little easier, give them back some valuable time and take one little (or big!) thing off their plate.
